This is a template Chimney Sweep Policy and Procedure to be used by churches who are responsible for maintaining their manses which have either a chimney or a flue. This policy sets out that either the chimney or the flue is in a safe condition, minimising the risk of fire, carbon monoxide poisoning and structural damage.
