URC Sickness and Ill Health Policy

This policy sets out how the United Reformed Church responds to sickness absence among Ministers of the Word and Sacraments and Church Related Community Workers, holding together pastoral care, accountability and the good order of the Church. It recognises that illness is part of the reality within which vocation is lived and seeks to respond with compassion, clarity and responsibility.
