Competencies and Expected Standards of Conduct and Behaviour for MoWs

A document which contains all the competencies and expected standards required of Ministers of Word and Sacraments within the covenantal life of the URC. It affirms that ministry is exercised within relationships of mutual trust, accountability and shared responsibility, and therefore requires both clarity about the nature of ministry and fairness in how it is recognised, formed and sustained.
